You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1775 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

Users agree not to use the 1775 platform for the following purposes:
All financial transactions on the 1775 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their payment methods are valid, registered in their own name, and authorized for such use.
Successful deposits credited cannot be canceled. Deposits made using invalid payment methods may result in account freezes pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed according to our identity verification and review policies. Withdrawals will only be sent to the bank account or payment method originally used for deposits.
1775 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and expiry periods specified at activation. Bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash unless rollover conditions are fully met. 1775 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through improper or prohibited means.
